Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how READORI collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when a visitor uses this online store, places an order, contacts support, or otherwise interacts with the website. It applies to information handled through the storefront and related customer-support activities.
Information collected
Information may be collected directly from a customer, automatically through the website, or from service providers that support the store. Depending on the interaction, this information may include:
- name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and telephone number;
- order details, selected products, quantities, transaction status, discounts, returns, and customer-service history;
- account information if customer accounts are enabled in the store;
- messages and information submitted through the contact form;
- device, browser, IP address, storefront activity, referring page, and cookie identifiers;
- fraud-prevention, security, and transaction-verification information supplied by Shopify or a payment provider.
The Order Request form collects selected products, quantities, estimated product subtotal, name, email, phone number, shipping address, and optional delivery notes. It does not collect payment or create a completed Shopify order. Payment details are handled only after availability, delivery terms, and the final amount are confirmed separately.
How information is used
Personal information may be used to operate the store, process and fulfill orders, provide shipping information, manage returns or cancellations, respond to questions, maintain transaction records, protect the storefront, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve website usability.
Where required, information is processed on the basis of consent. Other processing may be necessary to perform a customer transaction, meet a legal obligation, or support legitimate operational and security interests.
Shopify and service providers
The store is hosted through Shopify. Shopify processes information required to display the storefront, maintain cart selections, transmit contact and Order Request forms, provide security, and support store infrastructure. Other service providers may process limited information when they provide payment, fraud prevention, shipping, order management, analytics, technical support, or customer-communication services.
Service providers are permitted to use information only for their assigned function or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use necessary cookies for cart and Order Request functions, security, language, and customer preferences. Analytics or marketing technologies may be used only when enabled for the storefront and, where required, after the visitor has made a consent choice. More information appears in the Cookie Policy.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including order administration, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, warranty or return administration, and legal compliance. Retention periods may differ according to the type of record and applicable requirements.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect store information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should protect their account credentials and avoid including sensitive financial, identity, or medical information in ordinary support messages.
International processing
Shopify and other providers may process information in countries other than the customer’s country of residence. When international transfers occur, the responsible provider may rely on contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Privacy rights
Depending on location, a customer may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. A request may require reasonable identity verification. Some information may be retained when required for transactions, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or other lawful purposes.
READORI does not sell personal information for money. Where a configured storefront technology is legally treated as targeted advertising, sharing, or a sale, visitors may use the available privacy-preference control. Privacy requests may be submitted through the Contact Us page.
Information choices
Visitors may browse without submitting an Order Request, subject to essential technical data needed to operate and secure the website. Optional marketing consent may be withdrawn without affecting a request already submitted. Browser controls may limit cookies, but blocking necessary storage can remove cart selections or prevent form submission.
Children’s information
The storefront is intended for customers capable of making a lawful purchase. READORI does not knowingly request personal information from children through the contact form. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact support.
Policy changes
This policy may be revised when store practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date displayed above identifies the version presented on this page.
