Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the READORI online store, Order Requests, and confirmed purchases. By using the storefront or submitting a request, the customer agrees to these terms and to the policies linked from the website.

Store purpose

READORI sells physical reading accessories and book-organization products online. Product listings describe the item offered, current price, available variants, and other information supplied for that product. No service, subscription, digital download, financial product, or regulated professional advice is offered through the store unless expressly identified in a future listing.

Eligibility and lawful use

A customer must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract and must provide accurate information. The website may not be used for fraud, unlawful conduct, interference with store operation, unauthorized access, malicious code, automated scraping that disrupts service, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Product listings

Reasonable efforts are made to present products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, packaging updates, and photographic conditions can affect the appearance of colors and details. Measurements should be reviewed before purchase. Unless expressly stated, accessories are not represented as suitable for every book format, shelf, surface, or use case.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting the Order Request form sends a non-binding request to purchase the selected products. It does not reserve inventory, collect payment, create a Shopify order, or form a sales contract. READORI reviews availability, shipping feasibility, applicable charges, and the supplied information before responding.

A purchase is accepted only when READORI provides a specific confirmation and the customer completes the stated payment instructions. A request may be declined or revised when inventory is unavailable, product or pricing information contains a material error, delivery is unavailable, information is incomplete, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Product prices are displayed in the storefront currency. The cart subtotal is an estimate for products only. Shipping, taxes, duties, discounts, and other applicable amounts are determined during review and disclosed before payment is requested.

Shipping and delivery

Available shipping services, charges, and delivery estimates are supplied after the destination and products are reviewed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping is also governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Request information and communication

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and must be authorized to submit the request. READORI may seek clarification before confirmation. Duplicate, automated, abusive, or fraudulent requests may be rejected. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final confirmation before paying.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Order changes and cancellations are subject to the Order Cancellation Policy. Return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must review product dimensions, compatibility information, materials, warnings, and use instructions before purchase and use. The customer is responsible for supplying a complete delivery address, monitoring tracking information when provided, and using products only for their intended purpose.

Intellectual property

The storefront design, written content, branding, photography owned by the store, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store content may be viewed for personal shopping purposes but may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to create a competing presentation without permission.

Third-party services

The storefront relies on Shopify and may use payment, shipping, security, analytics, or other third-party services. Their systems and terms may apply to the parts of the transaction they process. READORI is not responsible for an independent third-party service beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information and reliable access, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss is excluded. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot be waived.

Changes and severability

These terms may be revised to reflect changes in store operation or applicable requirements. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
