Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

This policy describes the process used to review return, exchange, and refund requests for physical products purchased directly through READORI. Eligibility depends on the product, its condition, the reason for the request, the order record, and rights provided by applicable law.

Requesting a return

A customer must contact support before sending a product back. The request should include the order number, product name, reason for the request, and any relevant photographs. Sending an item without return instructions may delay identification and review of the package.

Eligibility review

Return eligibility may depend on whether the product is unused, complete, undamaged, and accompanied by its original components and packaging. Evidence of use, alteration, improper assembly, accidental damage, missing parts, contamination, or damage caused by storage may affect eligibility except where the issue is a covered defect or applicable law provides otherwise.

Any product-specific return limitation disclosed on the product page or during the purchase process forms part of this policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Issues involving a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product should be reported promptly after delivery. The customer should preserve the product, packaging, shipping label, and included parts. Photographs or other reasonable information may be requested to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return authorization and shipping

If a return is approved, support will provide the applicable return instructions. The return destination may differ from the business correspondence address displayed on the website, so a product should not be sent to that address unless the return instructions expressly direct it there.

Responsibility for return-shipping costs depends on the reason for return, applicable law, and the instructions provided for the approved request. Unauthorized shipping charges, expedited services, or cash-on-delivery packages may not be reimbursable.

Inspection

Returned products are reviewed after receipt. Inspection may consider the product condition, included components, packaging, order record, and the reason given for return. Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund if the received item materially differs from the information supplied during the request.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is issued through the original payment method unless another method is required by law. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside the direct control of READORI. Original shipping charges and return-shipping charges are handled according to the reason for return, the order terms, and applicable law.

Exchanges

An exchange depends on product availability and approval of the returned item. A requested replacement cannot be reserved indefinitely. If a direct exchange is unavailable, support may offer another available resolution consistent with the approved return.

Refund status

A customer who has received confirmation that a refund was issued but does not see it should first review the original payment account and then contact the payment provider. Support can confirm the store-side refund record but cannot control the provider’s posting schedule.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
