Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: July 2026
This policy explains how shipping options and delivery information are handled for physical products purchased through READORI. Shipping is reviewed after an Order Request is submitted and depends on the products, destination, inventory availability, package requirements, and available carrier services.
Shipping availability
A submitted address is not automatically approved for delivery. READORI confirms availability after reviewing the request. Products may have different shipping eligibility because of size, weight, inventory location, destination restrictions, or carrier limitations.
Shipping charges and estimates
Applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery information are provided with the final confirmation before payment. An estimate describes the expected processing and carrier timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Processing time and transit time are separate. Processing begins only after the request is accepted and payment requirements are completed. Weekends, holidays, address verification, inventory transfers, severe weather, and carrier interruptions may extend the estimate.
Order processing
Processing begins after payment authorization and any necessary order verification. Orders may be reviewed when information is incomplete, payment authorization is pending, inventory status changes, or fraud-prevention systems request additional verification. A customer will be contacted using the order information if action is required.
Address accuracy
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, unit, suite, building, postal code, and any other information required by the carrier. An address should be corrected as soon as possible after ordering. Changes may not be possible after the order enters fulfillment.
Additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may remain the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law and the applicable carrier rules.
Tracking
When tracking is provided by the shipping service, tracking information is sent using the contact information associated with the order or becomes available through the Shopify order-status page. Tracking events are generated by the carrier and may not update immediately after a label is created.
Carrier delays
Weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, high-volume periods, address issues, and other events outside the store’s direct control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated or a delivery estimate has passed, the customer should review the carrier information and contact support with the order number.
Delivered but not located
If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, the customer should check the delivery area, household members, building management, and any carrier delivery notice. Support may request confirmation of these checks before assisting with a carrier inquiry.
Damaged or incomplete delivery
A customer should retain the product, shipping package, labels, and internal packaging when an order arrives damaged or incomplete. Clear photographs and the order number may be required to review the issue. Products should not be discarded before support provides instructions.
International orders
Where international shipping is confirmed, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees not included in the confirmed total. Customs decisions and processing times are controlled by destination authorities.
Order changes
A request to change or cancel shipping is governed by the Order Cancellation Policy. Once a carrier has possession of the shipment, destination changes or interception may be unavailable or subject to carrier conditions.
